🌟 DELIVERY AND RETURNS 🌟
We aim to dispatch all items within five working days of orders being placed and payments captured. We tend to fulfill orders twice a week (including weekends) If you need an especially fast delivery please send us a message and we'll do our best to help.
Standard delivery is FREE to the United Kingdom and always has been. We send via Royal Mail 2nd Class. We do not track our packages as standard but upgrades are available at checkout such as a surcharge of £1.00 for 1st Class Delivery and £3.00 for 48 hour Tracked Delivery.
There is a flat rate charge of £5.00 for international delivery. All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. We cannot guarantee a timescale for delivery. Some items take a couple of days, some take a couple of weeks... we've not yet worked out the reason why. As a general rule- we ask if international customers could wait 4 weeks for their item to arrive. If it's not with you by then, contact us to let us know and we can discuss sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We offer a no quibble return policy on all of the items bought from our store. The return process must begin within 28 days of initial purchase. Items must be returned to us in resale condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a product arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please contact us and we will offer a replacement at no extra charge. We do reserve the right to request that the damaged item is posted back to us before a replacement is sent out. We will reimburse the postage costs for its return.
We are happy to cancel any orders, as long as it's not already been dispatched. If it has, please look above to our returns policy.
If you want to amend your order (e.g. change one print for another) just send us a message. As long as your order has not been dispatched we're happy to make the change for you. If there is a price difference that comes along with the amendment (e.g. you bought 3 prints and you want to drop this down to 2) just contact us and we'll talk through how to make a further payment/how we'll send you a partial refund.
