Returns and Replacements
We offer a no quibble return policy on all of the items bought from our store. The return process must begin within 28 days of initial purchase. Items must be returned to us in saleable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a product arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please contact us and we will offer a replacement at no extra charge. We do reserve the right to request that the damaged item is posted back to us before a replacment is sent out. We will reimburse the postage costs for its return.
